At BellyDiva.com we stand behind our products 100%. We take pride in having the best belly dancing and performance wear around. If you are not completely satisfied with what you order, send it back unused and in its original unaltered state and in its original packaging within 10 days of receipt for exchange, store credit or credit card refund. (sorry, no returns on feather items and shipping charges are not refundable).

Non-Refundable or Exchangeable Items:
For hygienic purposes, Federal Law prohibits return of personal items including Undergarments (Bikinis, Bra Tops, Thongs, Socks) and Wigs for hygiene purposes. Due to the prevalence of allergies, No Returns will be accepted which contain Animal Hair or Perfumes.

Restocking Fee:
All returns/exchanges will incur a restocking fee calculated on 20% of the returned merchandise value.

We recommend insuring the package as you are responsible for it until we receive it.

3) Enclose Credit Card number for Refunds as we do not keep  Credit Card Numbers on file.
