* FREE SHIPPING (UPS Ground) for Domestic orders over $100.00. In stock orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days M-F 9-4pm PST.
* We ship Domestically via UPS Ground (7-10 business days), UPS 2 Day Air; and UPS 3 Day Air all Deliveries M-F.
* We ship Worldwide via First Class Mail International (about 2 weeks), Prority International (7-10 days) and Express   Mail International (3-4 Days).  All International orders need to allow extra time to clear customs
*  Express Shipping rates will be shown at the checkout section; our UPS integrated system will be calculating the rates depending on the weight of the package, shipping address and desired shipping service

If you’re not completely satisfied with what you order, send it back unused and in its original unaltered state within 10 days of receipt for exchange, store credit or credit card refund. (sorry, no returns on feather items and shipping charges are not refundable).
*Federal law prohibits return of personal items including Undergarments (Bikinis, Bra Tops, Thongs, Socks) and Wigs for hygiene purposes.

Restocking Fee:
All returns/exchanges will incur a restocking fee calculated on 20% of the returned merchandise value.
